We ordered this light 3 years ago I realized recently that I didn’t order any spare light globes. I contacted the supplier 3 years later and asked if I could buy more glass globes. They said of course and worked diligently to find the correct globes. Unfortunately the globes they had in stock were much darker than the ones we originally purchased. After I mentioned this to them, I received a video showing their factory hand blowing new replacement globes just for us. I was blown away at this level of service, these people create amazing lights and their customer service is beyond exceptional. We are very pleased with our purchase and follow up service.
